Lying in court documents
Let’s break it down. Aided by long time friend, Michael Goecke, an attorney working for Lerch, Early, & Brewer Chtd, let’s examine the lies perpetrated by Ted Shymanski. Just remember, my kids paid for this. Also remember, Ted is the executor of Joe’s estate.
At the time of Joe’s death, I had never received the money I was owed from the divorce, Joe had refused. There were mistakes in calculations made by the court that Joe was fighting, my lawyer and I recognized that and I have documentation as such. Regardless, when this passed to Ted Shymanski, he and his lawyer decided that they wouldn’t give me the money owed to me unless I signed over guardianship of my children’s money. They held this stance for about 9 months. Accruing legal fees that were later paid out of the estate which Ted could do because he is the Executor. My lawyer and I sat down with them in mediation on two separate occasions and asked them to give us whatever they thought it was worth. We were trying to avoid unnecessary legal fees, saving the money for the kids. Even the judge who mediated later told us that they didn’t understand why they just didn’t want to end this and move on. The “Why” was because they wanted the money. EVERYTHING with this family is about money. They thought I cared that much about getting a settlement. I didn’t. I have documentation of all of the mediations, the conversations, the receipts of what this cost.
They later appealed the monetary judgment from our divorce, stating that I shouldn’t get anything. You would not believe the insane cost of filing for an appeal. They didn’t have to worry about that though….they got reimbursed from my childrens’ money. This is where the LIES come in….their appellate brief is riddled. Just remember….they got all of their information from Joe Shymanski, my abuser.

There’s a lot of lies concerning the business we had together. They quoted Mike and Maggie Travis a LOT who stole $100,000 from us and were found by the court to be “not credible”. I’ll be putting up all of those interesting conversations soon. It will be my PLEASURE to expose those two and how Joe manipulated them with that money. They claim to not know a lot of things, but they did. They witnessed his abuse. I have text messages talking about it. The Shymanskis threatened to have them come testify against me in court….that would have been funny. My guess is the Travis’ wanted nothing to do with it, I imagine they wouldn’t want to be confronted with what they did. Maggie already lost all of her friends from her participation in this. They were just pawns in Joe’s game.
I was accused of taking Joe’s money….the family still keeps this going. It’s the only thread left they have to hang on to that somehow I am a bad person. Remember, their faulty arguments rely solely on my abuser’s accusations. Remember, whenever I questioned how money was spent, I was accused of trying to “steal it” or “I only married him for his money”. No comment from them on what he was actually doing.
They state that I started a sexual liaison with Brandon Holbrook while still in the marital home and that I ABSCONDED with the children, and then continued my affair. I did not even meet Brandon Holbrook until the end of October 2021. I left that house officially in May/June 2021.
