Responsible for their actions

How is the Shymanski family and friends able to escape responsiblity for their actions? They knew Joe was abusive. It seems they interfered in the investigation making the detectives’ work harder. They manipulated my daughter, spread conspiracy theories. Ted is the Executor of Joe’s estate in Calvert County. He filed lies as that Executor trying to hurt me…then got himself reimbursed for it.

The DA wouldn’t release anything stating that I didn’t have anything to do with this before trial. Anything to ease the abuse I was experiencing. I had to fight in the only way I could….with my written word. And I am still here. Still fighting to be heard.

Judge Rappaport in the Circuit Court gave my kids to my abuser. And ignored the Best Interest Attorney. He ignored the clear signs that Joe Shymanski was absolutely crazy…the signs clearly displayed in the court room. He set this whole thing up for failure. If it were a woman sitting on that bench it would have been completely different. He failed.

They may have put one man behind bars. And yes, it appears he deserves to be there. But I don’t think we have the whole story.

Justice has not been done.
