Manipulation and control was his game. He was a master at it… most people were so distracted by the bright light, they didn’t see the shadow. But some did. Some of us weren’t fooled. That’s why I became enemy #1. Once I caught on, I couldn’t unsee it. And he was out to destroy me.
How about when a bank account was mysteriously opened in my name and linked to our business account? Magically this happened RIGHT AFTER Joe demanded to see what accounts were transferring money back and forth into the business account. What are the chances?
OR how about sending my first husband’s wife a message without my knowledge…letting her know that I didn’t care much about my children’s feelings. In his VOICE NOTE , he did say that I AM the woman he LOVES. What the hell kind of love is that?
Maybe a good example is THIS EMAIL CHAIN. This is in regards to our business partners’ trying to rip us off. I thought at the time, ok, maybe we’ll be on the same page on this. It’s a lot of money. I even got a heart emoji from him! I fell hard for that manipulation. Because when I broached the topic with the Travis’ shortly thereafter, he took their side. He told them, SEE! ALL SHE WANTS IS MONEY! I TOLD YOU! He then made secret deals with them behind my back. Where are his communications with them? I would LOVE to see those. Later in court, after Mike and Maggie Travis testified that they didn’t know anything about a loan, Joe did testify there was one.
My point is this. It is NOT far reaching to believe that he could have had a hand in all of this. It was his pattern. Repeatedly.
