When I brought the kids down to Maryland that day, we had fish in tow to add to their collection in Maryland. We stopped for food and I remember having to bring the fish in to the restaurant from the truck because it was so hot outside, they would have fried in there.
I arrived at Joe’s house precisely on time, I am renown for being on time. Plus he would have sent me angry emails if I had been a couple minutes late. It had happened before.
When the kids went looking for him and he was no where to be found, I got pissed. I sent text messages back and forth with my divorce attorney. I called her. I was telling her that the house was a disaster zone and I did not want to leave the kids there. She told me to take pictures. There was a marijuana plant growing right outside the front door that my kids walked past every day. She told me to send him a message in the Our Family Wizard app so we could document the time.
I don’t have the text messages to my lawyer since i gave my other phone to the investigators, These pictures did upload to the cloud. It was clear what I was feeling at the time,
